In its cleanroom facility, the company performs silicone and injection moulding as well as automated assembly, with production lines operating 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Listal is an ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 accredited company.
Initially, the production lines were plastic injection moulding and automated assembly and the product range included filters for I.V. sets, filters for dialysis and transfusion applications. In recent years the company introduced silicone moulding, and silicone components were added to its product range.
Due to continued expansion, the company has a permanent vacancy for a Shift Supervisor.
This is a hands-on role and the shift supervisor is mainly responsible for the maintenance of production machines and troubleshooting during the shift. Responsibility will also include shift production output, the quality of the product and the supervision of employees. This is a challenging role and the ideal candidate will be an experienced engineer or time-served electrician / fitter with experience in supervision and will have worked in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
